Choosing the right style for your promotional conference bags is a decision that should be made based upon the location of the intended event that you will be promoting your Company at. For this reason it is probably a good idea to either have a number of different bag styles in stock and available to you, or if your budget does not allow this make sure you only order limited runs of your bags so that you are not stuck handing out the wrong bag at the wrong event. Not only will the wrong promotional bag look tacky it will reflect poorly on the sensibilities of your corporation and the people working for you. At the end of the day, why risk a bad impression just to save a few pennies on volume purchasing.

When choosing the right style for your promotional conference bags always ask yourself; where will my intended audience be using this? If you are an alcoholic beverage company who is looking to promote themselves near a beach and then a light jersey cotton bag may be appropriate, or even perhaps a straw bag. Granted this job will be much less durable over time however it really fits well with the Beach image and exudes a feeling of young and fun. A drawstring promotional conference bag also captures this young feeling and it is likely that many of the attendees will use this type of bag and their day-to-day life giving you extra visibility.

At a sportsman conference you may want to choose a promotional conference bag made of a heavier material such as canvas or hemp. These are both extremely durable long-lasting materials that will be appreciated by the outdoor sports enthusiasts; and much like the bags chosen for the younger crowd the sportsman bags will likely get used by your potential clients long after the event so take the time to design a bag that your company can be proud of, knowing full well that it is likely to be getting face time for a long while.

When attending a technology trade show, choosing the right style for your promotional conference bag can be a little bit difficult. Most of the classic materials like canvas or jersey cotton do not really fit the situation unless the trade show is intended for a young audience. Instead a better decision for your promotional conference bags may be constructing them out of brightly colored thick plastic, or even a nylon mesh. In different ways both of these bag styles will convey a modern and high tech twist to a promotional conference bag. When choosing to go with a plastic promotional conference bag you are actually more freed up in terms of graphics styles than with other materials. So use this to your advantage and design truly eye-catching and flashy graphics. Your bags are already not going to be at eye level so you will need to go the extra distance to make sure that they can be seen.
